Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide timely and accurate administrative assistance to arenaflex Integrated Kidney Care nurses and support staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Data Collection & Verification: Gather, validate, and enter patient and clinical information into designated databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Report Generation: Develop, format, and distribute routine and ad‑hoc reports that aid clinical decision‑making and operational efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate actively in virtual team meetings, conferences, and training sessions to stay aligned with departmental goals and best practices.
  • Policy Adherence: Understand, follow, and uphold teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or arenaflex procedures at all times.
  • Confidentiality Management: Exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive patient and organizational information.
  • Technology Proficiency: Achieve basic proficiency in arenaflex’s Medical Information System Technology (MIST) within the first 60 days of employment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute ideas that drive efficiency and quality across the team.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned, supporting the broader mission of arenaxflex’s kidney care initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive data.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical or clerical administrative role.
