Your responsibilities include:• Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned collection targets for each line of business, measured by both volume and monetary recovery.• High‑Volume Outreach: Conduct a prescribed number of outbound calls each day, using a strategic script that balances empathy with firmness.• Debtor Profiling: Gather and analyze financial information to assess debtors' ability to pay, developing realistic payment plans.• Skip Tracing: Utilize advanced databases and investigative tools to locate hard‑to‑reach debtors, ensuring comprehensive outreach.• Documentation Excellence: Accurately log all interactions, notes, and outcomes in our secure CRM, complying with client and regulatory guidelines.• Compliance Oversight: Apply a deep understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and related statutes to every engagement.• Collaboration & Mentorship: Share best practices with peers, support junior team members, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of third‑party collections experience, preferably in a high‑volume, remote setting.• Regulatory Knowledge: Proven understanding of FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and state‑specific collection laws.• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
