About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist & Application Support Administrator to become an integral part of arenaflex’s client‑focused team. This position is contract‑based, with an initial commitment of three months and the potential for extension based on performance and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Leverage your typing speed of 40+ words per minute to input patient records, scheduling data, and other critical information with a focus on precision and speed.
  • Application Administration: Perform routine administrative tasks such as user account provisioning, password resets, and basic configuration changes within the new healthcare application.
  • Tier‑1 Help Desk Support: Serve as the first point of contact for end‑users, triaging tickets, diagnosing simple issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support staff.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear logs of data entry activities, support tickets, and system changes to ensure auditability and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Cross‑Functional Communication: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and client stakeholders to relay status updates, gather requirements, and provide feedback on system performance.

Essential Qualifications
