Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement: Answer inbound calls from prospective families, explain arenaflex’s service offerings, and help them select the most appropriate solution for their needs.
  • Follow‑Up Communication: Reach out to leads via text, email, and messaging platforms to provide additional details, answer questions, and nurture relationships.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record interactions, update customer records, and track the progress of each case using our CRM and other digital tools.
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to inquiries, delivering clear, empathetic answers while maintaining a neutral English accent.
  • Operational Coordination: Liaise with crematory partners, transportation providers, and other vendors through text, email, and phone to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare concise reports on daily activities, lead conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, suggest workflow optimizations, and contribute to the development of SOPs.
