Key Responsibilities

  • Log into the arenaflex remote workspace, review the daily task queue, and prioritize assignments based on urgency and client impact.
  • Update and maintain client profiles in Google Sheets, ensuring fields such as contact details, training preferences, health notes, and billing information are accurate and up‑to‑date.
  • Respond to client inquiries via our proprietary texting platform, providing clear, courteous, and grammatically correct replies within established service level agreements.
  • Perform quality‑control checks on entered data, identifying and correcting inconsistencies, duplicate entries, or missing information before final submission.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) – ability to format, edit, and share documents seamlessly.
  • Exceptional command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation; all client communications must be error‑free.
  • Demonstrated typing speed of at least 55 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy (≤2% error rate).
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills, enabling you to interpret client messages accurately and respond appropriately.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment, with reliable high‑speed internet access.
