As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator, you will be the voice that bridges the gap between sophisticated technology and genuine human empathy. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound chat messages from leads and existing customers within 30 seconds, using point‑and‑click canned responses and creating ad‑hoc replies when necessary.
  • Craft responses that are relevant, accurate, and compliant with industry regulations across verticals such as automobile insurance, health insurance, and prescription drug plans.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive conversations to leadership or specialized teams promptly.
  • Document frequently asked questions (FAQs) and contribute to the continuous improvement of the knowledge base.
  • Enhance existing canned responses by adding contextual relevance and up‑to‑date information.
  • Maintain a minimum 98 % accuracy rate in response handling, as measured by random audits and quality assurance checks.
  • Achieve a productivity benchmark of 60 replies per hour while preserving quality and compliance.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects, providing insights from real‑time customer interactions to inform product development and AI training.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a live‑chat or customer‑service environment, preferably handling high‑volume, real‑time interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct responses under time pressure.
  • Familiarity with regulated verticals such as automobile insurance, health insurance, or prescription drug plans is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering perfection in every interaction.
  • Advanced typing proficiency (touch‑typing) with a reliable computer setup and high‑speed internet connection.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Reliability in adhering to a designated schedule, including the flexibility to work any shift in a 24/7/365 environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
