Key Responsibilities
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct hands‑on assessments of new hardware and software prototypes at customer sites, focusing on functionality, reliability, and overall customer experience (CX).
- Feedback Loop Creation: Translate on‑site observations into clear, actionable technical and CX feedback for arenaflex’s development and product teams.
- Site Deployment & Support: Travel to retail locations across the United States (approximately 50% of the time) to install, configure, and troubleshoot emerging technologies.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather quantitative and qualitative data from shoppers, store staff, and operational metrics; analyze trends to quantify the impact of new solutions.
- Reporting & Presentation: Synthesize findings into concise written reports, visual dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risk/reward trade‑offs, propose mitigation strategies, and make informed decisions in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product management, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment between technical feasibility and customer expectations.

Essential Qualifications
- A four‑year degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering).
- Minimum of two (2) years of hands‑on product development experience in consumer hardware, including design, testing, and deployment.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences—both verbally and in writing.

Compensation, Perks, & Benefits
