Online K-12 Teachers -- Remote | WFH

About The Role We are currently seeking passionate educators for upcoming teaching positions. As a part-time position, we offer a variety of shifts to accommodate diverse schedules. We are a seasoned professional responsible for delivering engaging course content in an online environment. Our teachers play a pivotal role in providing instruction, support, and guidance while focusing on the individual needs of each student. With a keen eye on student progress, our teachers offer timely interventions to propel students towards their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver live, synchronous instruction and provide asynchronous student facilitation support. Collaborate closely with a diverse group of domestic and international students. Prepare meticulously for live instruction, ensuring technology readiness and well-structured course material. Uphold communication procedures and policies for student success, including grading assignments and providing timely feedback. Assist in implementing policies governing student conduct and virtual classroom behavior. Collaborate with Mentor Teachers and Academic Managers to ensure a supportive learning environment. Adhere to the ethical standards outlined and relevant educational authorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution. State teaching certification or relevant credentials preferred. Minimum One Year Of Online Teaching Experience Preferred. For Catholic religion classes: Bachelor's degree or higher in Theology from a Catholic University, with practicing Catholicism preferred. Demonstrated experience in subject matter knowledge and teaching, particularly in a Catholic school setting. Part-time availability with flexibility for synchronous classes to accommodate international students. Proficiency in developing lesson plans for K-12, with a strong understanding of strategies for student success. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Technical proficiency to meet platform requirements.
Compensation
