Mind Manager Mapping
I have a comprehensive MindManager mind map already built out and I'm looking for an experienced MindManager user to take it from a working draft to a clean, well-structured, professional map. The map documents a detailed business ecosystem and contains over 200 topics, so the content is largely in place. What I need is someone who knows the tool deeply and can optimize the map without me having to re-explain the underlying material. This is a strictly confidential project. Before any file is shared, the selected freelancer must sign a non-disclosure agreement. The map and its contents may not be copied, reused, shared, or displayed in any portfolio or sample, and all files must be returned or destroyed on completion. Please only apply if you are comfortable working under an NDA. Also required before I will consider any application: you must show me examples of mind maps you have personally created in MindManager. This is non-negotiable. Examples built in other tools (XMind, Miro, Canva, PowerPoint, Lucidchart, etc.) do not qualify, and applications without MindManager examples will not be considered. Specifically, I'm looking to improve:
- Formatting and visual consistency (topic styles, colors, fonts, spacing)
- Layout and structure (logical organization, hierarchy, grouping, flow)
- Readability and clarity at a glance, even at this size
- Ease of future use and maintenance, so I can keep adding to it without it becoming unwieldy
Ideal candidate:
- Demonstrated, verifiable experience building or refining maps in MindManager specifically
- Strong eye for visual organization and information hierarchy, especially on large maps
- Able to apply consistent styling and use map features appropriately (relationships, callouts, topic properties, filters, tags) to keep a dense map navigable
- Comfortable suggesting structural improvements, not just executing instructions
- Comfortable signing and working under an NDA
This is a fixed-price project. After an NDA is in place, I'll provide the current map file and walk through its intended purpose so you have full context before starting. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
