Quality Manager & Automation Tester
Role: Quality Manager (QM) & Automation Tester Experience: 8–10 Years Work Mode: Remote Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager (QM) & Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation as well as deep knowledge of quality management processes in a product development environment. Key Responsibilities: Automation:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and START framework.
- Ensure test automation coverage across functional, regression, performance, and security areas.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and scale the automation framework.
Quality Management:
- Ensure adherence to SAP quality processes and guidelines, including Product Standards, Corporate Requirements, Test Management Processes and Tools, Performance, and Security compliance.
- Establish and drive quality strategies to support high product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Plan, manage, and track testing activities, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
- Act as a quality advocate, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in QA and test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and START for automation testing.
- Strong understanding of SAP quality standards, processes, and tools.
- Experience with test management tools and methodologies.
- Proven ability to work in a product development environment — experience with UOM and PRA products preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
