A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion
As a Remote Customer Service Representative and Brand Champion at arenaflex, no two days are exactly alike — and that is exactly what makes the role so rewarding. You will work diligently with customers across multiple channels, providing thoughtful solutions, answering general inquiries, and addressing service issues, billing questions, and product enhancement opportunities that drive long-term customer satisfaction for our clients.
Using your unique troubleshooting skills, you will own each customer interaction from start to finish, with a relentless focus on one-call resolution. You will end your day knowing that you — and you alone — assisted a customer in the same way you yourself would want to be assisted. Your expert service will continue to position arenaflex as the employer and provider of choice in the customer experience industry.
Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer calls in a courteous, professional, and brand-aligned manner
- Resolving customer inquiries related to billing, account management, service issues, and product features
- Identifying opportunities for product upgrades, enhancements, and additional services that benefit the customer
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly within internal systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional team members to escalate and resolve complex issues

Brand Champion Skillset and Qualifications
We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who embody the spirit of service excellence. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Essential Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must currently reside in the state of New York (required)
- Previous experience interacting with customers or clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating genuine connections
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine desire to actively engage with and listen to customers
- The ability to exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on one-call resolution
- The ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and to apply those learnings in real-time
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (English plus another language)
- Prior experience in a remote or work-from-home customer service role
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or contact center technology
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs
- Strong typing skills and comfort navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
Work-From-Home Equipment You Will Need
To succeed in this remote role, you will need a quiet, professional home workspace equipped with the following:
