  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including cybersecurity, legal, and operations—to gather required information and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data handling procedures, ensuring alignment with local, national, and international privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
  • Conduct routine quality‑control checks and perform data cleansing activities to uphold the integrity of privacy‑related datasets.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for internal stakeholders and external regulators, highlighting trends, risk indicators, and remediation actions.
  • Support the implementation and testing of privacy‑enhancing technologies and vendor solutions, providing feedback on usability and data accuracy.
  • Respond promptly to data‑related inquiries from internal auditors, compliance officers, and senior leadership, delivering clear and concise information.
  • Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to data entry workflows, automation opportunities, and best‑practice standards.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s security policies, ensuring that all data handling activities are performed in a secure environment and that confidential information is protected at all times.

Essential Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a data‑focused role within a technology‑driven environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of data protection and privacy regulations across local, national, and global jurisdictions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor language for diverse audiences and seniority levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Reliability and punctuality—consistent attendance is a core expectation for this role.

Preferred Qualifications (What Sets You Apart)

  • Professional certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or Security+.
  • Hands‑on experience with privacy‑focused vendors, tools, and product suites (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc, DataGuard).
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, protocols, and security architecture principles.
  • Familiarity with security engineering concepts, cryptography, and key management practices.
  • Ability to interpret non‑compliance findings and assess their impact on risk levels and the overall effectiveness of the cybersecurity program.
  • Experience conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
