Position Overview – Remote Customer Solutions Project Specialist

The Remote Customer Solutions Project Specialist will serve as the linchpin between arenaflex’s Solutions Engagement Resources (SERs) and our valued customers. This role is responsible for orchestrating complex projects from inception through delivery, ensuring that every initiative meets defined scope, schedule, quality, and budget parameters. You will translate customer requirements into actionable project plans, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and deliver measurable outcomes that enhance arenaflex’s customer‑solution portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Initiation & Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with customers and internal stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project schedules, milestone charts, and resource allocation matrices.
  • Critical Path Management: Identify and monitor critical path activities, proactively mitigating risks that could impact timelines or quality.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent, timely communication with all project stakeholders, providing status reports, risk registers, and escalation pathways.
  • Data‑Driven Solution Design: Analyze customer data, interpret trends, and recommend optimized solutions that align with arenaflex’s service offerings.
  • Solution Evaluation & Validation: Conduct rigorous pre‑implementation reviews, testing, and validation to ensure solutions meet functional and performance requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, facilitate post‑project reviews, and champion innovative ideas that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with SERs: Partner closely with Solutions Engagement Resources to grow the customer solutions business, sharing insights and supporting joint go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all project documentation complies with arenaflex governance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal audit controls.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent (preferred). Fields of study may include Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Teamwork, or comparable tools.
  • Proven problem‑solving ability: early identification of issues, root‑cause analysis, and development of corrective actions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is highly desirable.
  • Strong time‑management capabilities, consistently meeting deadlines in fast‑paced environments.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to adjust plans in response to evolving business needs or external factors.
