[Remote] Delivery Consultant

Responsibilities
- Understand client business and apply skills to projects
- Deliver value from day one
- Ensure and validate frequent delivery of tangible value to clients
- Act as an influencer and servant leader
- Accept full responsibility for project outcomes
- Seek continuous improvement and new methodologies
- Drive business value for clients
- Master client's economic engine and impact on revenue
- Connect technical execution to financial outcomes
- Partner with teammates to execute shared product visions
- Balance scope, schedule, and cost without sacrificing quality
- Navigate contract differences and manage stakeholder communication
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively
- Dismantle blockers to keep the team moving
- Turn client desires into story maps using Jira and Confluence
- Drive project closure and operationalize lessons learned
- Outline success metrics and collaborate with client partners
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and team members
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of Agile Program/Project Management experience and/or Software Product Management
- Experience understanding client strategic initiatives, roadmaps, business problems, and goals
- Comfortable working with client leaders as well as individual contributors who are 'in the weeds' of the project
- Possess great relational skills to build rapport, trust, and a positive reputation while serving the client
- Must reside within the United States
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to pass a background check
