[Remote] Customer Service Software Engineer

They are seeking a Customer Service Software Engineer to provide technical support to users and assist in the development of their AI-powered diagnostic software, primarily responding to customer support requests and troubleshooting software errors.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users
- Assist in the development of AI-powered diagnostic software
- Respond to customer support requests related to MRI study issues
- Troubleshoot software errors
- Deliver timely resolutions
- Support the Sr. Software Engineer in areas such as debugging, version control, and cloud-based processing
Skills
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- Web application development experience (JavaScript, HTML, etc.)
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design)
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience writing in C++ and Python languages, as well as using GitHub for software version and change control
- Working knowledge of deep learning, AI machine learning, and statistics
- Exposure to web technologies (JavaScript, HTML)
- Exposure to medical imaging tools (ITK, DICOM)
