[Remote] Head of Learning Experience (AI Instructional Designer)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Jumpspeak is looking for a Head of Learning Experience to build the world's best AI-powered language learning curriculum. The role involves owning curriculum strategy, content systems, AI-assisted content creation, quality assurance, and localization across multiple languages.
Responsibilities
- Own curriculum architecture across all CEFR levels
- Define learning outcomes and progression systems
- Ensure consistency across lessons, stories, conversations, roleplays, and reviews
- Design workflows for AI-generated content
- Build scalable content production systems
- Create quality assurance processes
- Improve content generation prompts and frameworks
- Ensure lessons are engaging, practical, and effective
- Improve retention and learning outcomes
- Design learning experiences optimized for speaking confidence
- Work with translators and language experts
- Maintain quality across multiple languages
- Ensure cultural relevance and consistency
Skills
- Background in language learning, instructional design, linguistics, curriculum development, or education technology
- Strong understanding of how adults learn languages
- Familiarity with CEFR frameworks
- Extensive use of AI tools for content creation
- Strong prompt engineering skills
- Experience building repeatable AI workflows
- Thinks in frameworks, processes, and scalability
- Can create systems rather than manually creating content
- Obsessed with quality and consistency
