The Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping and delivering products across Arcadia’s platform, focusing on transforming complex data into actionable insights for healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for defined areas of Arcadia’s platform
  • Translate business strategy and customer insights into clear product vision, requirements, and measurable outcomes
  • Lead discovery efforts including customer interviews, workflow analysis, and data-driven investigation
  • Develop business cases that quantify impact, trade-offs, and ROI
  • Partner closely with engineering and UX to define MVP scope and drive iterative delivery
  • Actively manage and prioritize backlogs based on impact, urgency, and strategic alignment
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
  • Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and results clearly to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure successful launches and customer adoption
  • Track and report on product performance metrics and continuously refine based on feedback and data
  • Advocate for both platform scalability and thoughtful technical debt management

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or data platforms
  • Proven track record of launching and iterating on complex software products
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
  • Strong experience working with data-driven products; comfort using SQL or analytical tools to self-serve insights
  • Experience engaging directly with customers and translating feedback into actionable product decisions
  • Strategic thinker who can connect detailed execution to long-term outcomes
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity across teams
  • Strong ownership mindset and bias toward action
  • Collaborative leader who builds trust across disciplines
  • Calm and confident facilitator of trade-off discussions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to break down complex requests into iterative, deliverable increments
  • Roadmap planning and prioritization
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards, interoperability, or analytics platforms is a plus
  • Experience with population health, value-based care, or healthcare interoperability
  • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled analytics or data-driven clinical insights
  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through better data
  • Systems thinker who considers scalability and long-term sustainability
  • Advanced SQL or analytics experience
  • Experience working across platform or infrastructure product teams
