[Remote] Labor and Employment Legal Analyst, Practical Guidance

They are seeking a Labor and Employment Legal Analyst to lead the development and maintenance of Practical Guidance content, ensuring it remains accurate and aligned with business priorities while integrating emerging technologies to enhance customer value.
Responsibilities
- Design, own, and execute the content upkeep process for your aligned practice area, including developing and maintaining workflows to ensure content is reviewed, updated, and published in accordance with business priorities and success metrics
- Monitor current awareness sources, legal developments, legislation, regulations, agency guidance, court decisions, and other relevant changes in law affecting your practice area and assess the impact of those developments on existing Practical Guidance content
- Perform legal research and editorial tasks associated with updating existing Practical Guidance content, including analyzing legal developments, identifying affected resources, determining the appropriate scope of updates, and ensuring content remains accurate, practical, and useful for customers
- Draft, revise, and edit Practical Guidance content, ensuring that updates are clear, concise, legally accurate, and consistent with Practical Guidance editorial standards
- Maintain and update key customer-facing resources, including legal development trackers and other high-use tools, to ensure timely coverage of significant developments
- Oversee and execute Practical Guidance content remediation projects focused on improving the customer experience, including projects involving content quality, usability, navigation, organization, currency, and consistency across the area of law
- Incorporate AI and emerging technologies into editorial workflows, including evaluating AI-generated or AI-suggested content updates, identifying appropriate use cases, validating legal accuracy, and ensuring that final work product meets editorial and quality standards
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including LNNAUK, GPO, and GTO teams, to support content strategy, workflow improvements, product enhancements, and customer-focused initiatives
Skills
- Have a Juris Doctor degree and at least two years of recent practice experience, or equivalent relevant experience, in specific area of law
- Strong ability to monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments within a specific practice area
- Experience conducting legal research and applying findings to practical, user-focused content updates
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and usability
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workflows aligned to business goals and deadlines
- Experience improving content quality, organization, and customer experience
- Familiarity with or interest in applying AI and emerging technologies in editorial processes
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high editorial and legal standards
