[Remote] Psychometric Data Analyst (Assessment & Licensure)

The Psychometric Data Analyst will perform programming and data analysis for the Psychometrics and Research team, focusing on statistical analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with Psychometricians.

Responsibilities

  • Perform item calibration and item analysis procedures and prepare reports for Psychometric review
  • Prepare Quality Control and trend analysis reports prior to release of exam scores and perform initial review
  • Perform ad hoc data analyses upon request
  • Partner with Psychometricians on data preparation for research projects
  • Help test systems enhancements and other process changes
  • Revise and create SAS macros and other software programs (e.g., Panel building) for operational work

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, psychology, statistics, computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the testing industry or related experience
  • Knowledge and application of statistical concepts
  • Intermediate SAS programming skills
  • Experience with data workflow management, database management, and data visualization
  • Experience with R or Python, Quarto, and/or Rmarkdown
