[Remote] National Account Manager, Amazon (Bars Category)

Mondelēz International is a leading company in the snacking industry, and they are seeking a National Account Manager for the Bars Category. The role involves developing customer relationships, executing strategies, and ensuring profitability through effective management of resources and partnerships, particularly with Amazon.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer
- Execute the strategy for the customer
- Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan)
- Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations
Skills
- Minimum 5+ years in a customer-facing account management role in FMCG/CPG industry with responsibility across HQ sales/JBP partnership and proven selling/negotiating experience; previous experience managing Amazon or similar e-commerce customer is a plus
- Strong financial acumen: understanding of profit and revenue drivers and analysis
- Data analytics & insights: previous experience with Circana/IRI or other syndicated data tool preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the customer and internal stakeholders/cross-functional partners, gaining trust and respect
- Strong interpersonal skills (verbal, non-verbal) across all levels of an organization
- Data analytics & insights: previous experience with Circana/IRI or other syndicated data tool preferred
