[Remote] Technical Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. sFOX is a full-service prime dealer uniting liquidity from over 30 exchanges and OTC desks in one easy-to-manage platform. They are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive the development, integration, and delivery of secure, scalable financial technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs across product and engineering teams
- Continuously monitor scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
- Coordinate amongst cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, and external partners
- Facilitate technical and business discussions, and take notes to ensure informed decision-making
- Establish governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications
- Monitor program performance using KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
- Support development and release cycles: production deployments, change management, breaking changes, and communication thereof to both internal and external partners
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, financial institutions, and technology partners when required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in domains such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management
- 2+ years of experience in supporting fintech initiatives, such as banking, payments, trading, or other financial services concepts
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing large-scale technical projects involving distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, etc
- General knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks such as KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, Watchlists, etc
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms
- Experience with embedded finance, financial APIs, crypto, trading/brokerages
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of data security, fraud prevention, and risk management practices
- PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certification
- Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced fintech environments
