This temporary role involves working on impactful analytics projects that support health programs and campaigns, focusing on data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient SQL queries to analyze clinical and operational data
• Lead comprehensive data analysis projects, from understanding business needs to delivering actionable insights
• Work with diverse data sources to generate strategic recommendations for program improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop analytical tools and solutions
• Communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Skills

• Proven experience in SQL and proficiency with Python or R for data analysis
• Strong background in analyzing large datasets, including membership and medical claims data
• Ability to develop statistical models and validate algorithms effectively
• Knowledge of experimentation techniques such as A/B testing and causal inference
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories with data
• Experience deploying and maintaining recurring data workflows is preferred, including orchestration, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting of production pipelines
• Airflow experience is a plus, especially in environments where reliable audience selection or claims-based targeting pipelines are business-critical
