[Remote] Accounts Receivable Team Member
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Moms In Motion is a Virginia Service Facilitation Provider, and they are seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Member. The role involves reviewing assessments and claims for accuracy, managing claims for timely payout, and performing data entry tasks.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and Approving Assessments (and associated documentation) for payout and billing
- Reviewing Claims information for accuracy
- Data entry of remittance information
- Submission of appeals and corrections for claims issues
- Management of claims for timely payout
Skills
- Requires a documented combination of skills/relevant work experience
- Proficient in: Excel, Google suite, Adobe PDF editor, data entry, keyboarding/typing, data processing
- Experience with claims submission and processing, claims appeals, authorization submission, and appeals
- Must be very detail-oriented and organized. Able to plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving, time-management, communication, and adaptability
- Private home workspace with computer and stable/secure internet
- Understanding of information security and HIPPA
- Submit to a criminal background check
- Two references are required
- Must be able to work normal business hours 8 am-5pm, Monday-Friday
