[Remote] Account Manager Water Treatment

They are seeking an Account Manager in the Water Treatment industry to work directly with customers to evaluate the health of water systems and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Increase annual invoiced gross profit dollar by following KSP (Kurita Selling Process)
- Find qualified partners
- Build Trust through Engagement

- Propose customized Solutions
- Close the business and become a long term partner with customer
- Create unique shared value for customer by advising and achieving environmental, financial, asset health and sustainability goals
- Support current customers with regular water testing, equipment maintenance and individualized system analysis, communicating those results in a professional, clear and concise method
- Work with Kurita internal teams to provide an outstanding customer experience
Skills
- Technical Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Professional history of meeting goals and overcoming obstacles
- Self driven, with the ability to perform at a high level in an autonomous work environment
- Prior experience that required excellent communication skills
- Prior experience that required excellent organizational skills
- Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

- The qualified candidate will be subjected to pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Prefer water treatment or industrial plant experience
- Prefer working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
