STM Consulting, Inc. is looking for a Senior Manager – Omnichannel & Digital Analytics to lead strategic analytics initiatives for leading pharmaceutical organizations. This role involves transforming digital and omnichannel data into actionable business insights while mentoring high-performing analytics teams.

Responsibilities

Lead omnichannel analytics engagements, delivering impactful reporting, dashboards, insights, and recommendations
Translate business and marketing objectives into measurable KPIs and robust measurement frameworks
Drive monthly and quarterly performance reporting with actionable insights that influence business decisions
Partner with stakeholders, media agencies, and cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and customer engagement strategies
Lead dashboard enhancement initiatives and leverage AI-driven solutions to improve reporting efficiency and insight generation
Design learning agendas, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing strategies to solve key business challenges
Mentor and develop high-performing analytics teams while building digital analytics capabilities across the organization
Contribute to business growth through thought leadership, client engagement, and strategic consulting

Skills

12+ years of professional experience
5+ years in Digital Analytics, Omnichannel Analytics, or Marketing Analytics
5+ years in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Analytics
Strong expertise in digital marketing measurement, KPI development, and performance reporting
Deep understanding of paid media measurement, website analytics, customer engagement analytics, and omnichannel strategy
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
Strong knowledge of platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, DCM, SA360, MCI/Datorama, HCP365, AIMXR, and related digital marketing ecosystems
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and AI-powered analytics solutions
Experience with Veeva CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Exceptional client-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
