They are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to identify potential clients, manage outreach efforts, and promote business services while supporting the growth of the company.
Responsibilities
- Identifying potential business clients in the U.S. market
- Reaching out to companies, nonprofits, startups, and organizations
- Building and managing outreach lists
- Following up with leads and potential partners
- Supporting LinkedIn and social media content
- Promoting business services, workshops, and events
- Researching market opportunities
- Testing outreach strategies and improving what works
- Helping bring structure and practical ideas to the business development process
- Researching grants, small business opportunities, and local programs in Massachusetts that could support Talent Hub’s growth
Skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Experienced in business development, marketing, sales, partnerships, client outreach, or business growth strategy
- Familiar with the U.S. business market, especially small businesses, startups, nonprofits, consulting, HR, or service-based businesses
- Proactive, organized, and commercially minded
- Comfortable writing professional messages and communicating with decision-makers
- Good at following up and keeping track of opportunities
- Creative, strategic, and able to suggest practical ways to reach potential clients
- Interested in HR, talent, consulting, startups, or small business growth
- Human, honest, responsible, and reliable
