[Remote] Atlassian Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator/Developer to manage and optimize their Atlassian cloud ecosystem. The role involves significant administration of Atlassian Jira Cloud and development of custom integrations using Atlassian APIs.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong expertise in managing, configuring, and maintaining Atlassian Jira Cloud
- Oversee Jira Product Discovery and Jira Service Management (JSM) Assets to ensure seamless product management and asset tracking
- Configure workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and custom fields tailored to business requirements
- Manage user access, groups, and security controls within the cloud ecosystem
- Develop custom scripts and integrations to interact with Atlassian REST APIs
- Build mechanisms to securely fetch, parse, and utilize data from Atlassian platforms for external reporting or integration needs
Skills
- Proven experience administering Jira Cloud, Jira Product Discovery, and Assets
- Hands-on experience working with Atlassian APIs (REST API integration, authentication, and data retrieval)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management workflows
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Official Atlassian Certifications (e.g., ACP-120, ACP-620, or similar)
