The Lead, Sales role involves coaching and inspiring the sales team to achieve performance indicators and sales targets while collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Accomplish and exceed individual sales goals
  • Work as an individual contributor on the sales team for 3-6 months to gain a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Lead the team in staying at the forefront of industry trends, facilitating ongoing learning, and maintaining a cutting-edge product knowledge base
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and improve sales processes and strategies to drive growth
  • Effectively communicate our evolving value proposition, positioning the team and the company as visionary leaders and innovators in the market

Skills

  • 1+ year of management or leadership experience in a sales position
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven success as a salesperson
  • Advanced experience with sales CRMs and processes
  • Deep passion for coaching and developing individuals, fostering a culture of continuous growth and mentorship within the team
  • Expertise in growing people, with a high emotional intelligence and ability to recognize team needs
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering openness, trust, and effective collaboration within the team
  • Showcase strong organizational and time management skills
