[Remote] Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst will analyze and monitor regulatory changes, implement compliance programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the organization adheres to regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough compliance reviews and assessments of company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure company compliance
- Assist in compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments
- Respond to compliance inquiries and provide guidance to internal teams
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging compliance trends
- Prepare reports and presentations on compliance performance and areas for improvement
Skills
- High School diploma, or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products and experience in IT, code development, or task management
- In-depth understanding of the industry, company processes, and job-specific methodologies
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication, intermediate proficiency in relevant tools and technologies
- Collaboration skills, applied successfully within team
- Minimal critical thinking and a drive to improve the status quo
- Ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements
- Ability to thrive with good organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills, to meet a deadline driven environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
