PEPL is a leading global manufacturer of polyethylene surface protection masking films, seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Ohio Valley Region and parts of Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia. The role involves managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships while traveling throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined Ohio Valley territory across manufacturers and distributors
  • Develop new business opportunities through a proactive, hands-on sales approach
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with manufacturing processes
  • Manage existing accounts while expanding market share within the region
  • Travel regularly to meet clients, develop relationships, and drive sales growth
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product applications from concept through production

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in an industrial or technical field
  • 3–5 years of industrial sales experience OR a strong desire to transition from a technical/engineering role into sales
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing or mechanical operations with practical aptitude
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive business growth
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and managing a home-based office
  • Must reside within the Ohio Valley region
  • Proficiency with standard computer applications
