Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a client service role in a professional services environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to master firm-specific tools quickly
- Passionate about using AI to drive efficiency
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
