[Remote] Condition Monitoring Sales Manager

The Condition Monitoring Sales Manager will develop new business opportunities and support existing accounts while promoting SPM's condition monitoring and predictive maintenance solutions across the Western United States.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by building long-term relationships through exceptional service, technical expertise, and responsiveness
  • Develop new business opportunities while expanding and supporting existing customer accounts
  • Promote and support SPM's portfolio of condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and predictive maintenance solutions
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions that clearly communicate customer value
  • Understand customer reliability goals and operational challenges to develop tailored solutions
  • Provide training and support on vibration analysis, condition monitoring best practices, and SPM technologies
  • Represent SPM Instrument North America at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Collaborate with marketing to share customer success stories, application insights, and industry innovations
  • Travel approximately 25% throughout the assigned territory to support customers and business development activities
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives that support the continued growth and modernization of SPM Instrument North America

Skills

  • Must reside in the United States, preferably within the Western U.S. territory
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial reliability, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, vibration analysis, rotating equipment, or related technical fields
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer relationship management
  • Strong understanding of industrial maintenance and reliability principles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
  • Experience delivering technical presentations, customer training, or educational seminars is preferred
