They are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions that enhance patient outcomes and clinician workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models across a range of applications, including predictive analytics, personalization, NLP, and generative AI
  • Design and optimize ML pipelines for training, evaluation, monitoring, and production deployment
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Data teams to translate business and user needs into AI-powered solutions
  • Build scalable systems capable of handling large and complex healthcare datasets
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to the company's long-term AI strategy
  • Ensure models are developed responsibly, with a focus on privacy, security, fairness, and regulatory compliance

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
  • Experience working with LLMs, NLP, generative AI, or recommendation systems
  • Strong understanding of MLOps, model monitoring, and cloud-based deployment practices
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience within HealthTech, Digital Health, Mental Health is ESSENTIAL
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations
  • Experience building AI products that directly impact user engagement or clinical outcomes
