Job Title: HR Admin Job DescriptionWe are seeking an administrative assistant for the HRIS Team to assist with a project focused on entering specific employee records into a new HRIS system. This role involves heavy data entry and requires proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

Enter specific employee records into the new HRIS system accurately. Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency. Utilize Excel for data management, including creating and managing Pivot Tables. Provide administrative support to the HRIS Team as needed. Essential SkillsProficiency in Excel, including the ability to create and manage Pivot Tables. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Experience in administrative support and HR administration. Additional Skills & QualificationsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently. Experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Work EnvironmentThis position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own space. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Moorpark, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
