EMEA Commercial Operations Director (Medical Devices, Regulatory Services) Location: Home Based – EMEA About the role Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for the Medical Devices sector? We are looking for an experienced EMEA Commercial Operations Director to lead the growth and performance of our Medical Devices business unit across the EMEA region. The medical devices business unit sits with the Regulatory Services division of BSI. This is a full-time, permanent, home-based position reporting to the Global VP Commercial Operations (Medical Devices, Regulatory Services). You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading high-performing commercial teams, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering strategic initiatives across the region. To succeed, you will bring proven commercial leadership experience, a strong understanding of the Medical Devices industry, and a track record of building and developing successful teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the commercial strategy and execution for the Medical Devices Regulatory Services business across EMEA. Deliver annual revenue, growth and profitability targets while supporting long-term strategic objectives. Drive sales performance and market penetration across the region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, regulators, industry bodies and key stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and growth initiatives. Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Lead, coach and develop commercial leaders and teams to build organisational capability and succession plans. Drive operational excellence through forecasting, KPI management, process improvement and business planning. To be successful in the role, you will have: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales and/or Business Development leadership roles. Strong knowledge of the Medical Devices, Regulatory Services or Quality Assurance industry. Previous experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Excellent commercial acumen with experience delivering revenue growth and business performance. Strong strategic thinking, customer focus and relationship-building skills. Experience managing budgets, forecasting and business planning activities. Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Nice to have: Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or a related field. Grow your career and expand your skills and knowledge.
