David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Czech, Bulgarian or Romanian speaking Customer Experts for their offices in Athens or Thessaloniki. Position: Customer Expert Location: Athens or Thessaloniki (option fully remote after training) Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat channels Handle customer inquiries related to products and services in a professional manner Investigate customer concerns and identify the root cause of issues Resolve complaints efficiently and ensure timely follow-up until resolution Research customer cases using internal tools and resources Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems accordingly Escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction Deliver a high standard of customer service across all interactions Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent or native-level in one of the languages Czech, Bulgarian or Romanian Good English communication skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills Comfortable using computers and basic technology tools Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude Ability to work independently in a remote environment Previous customer support, troubleshooting, or customer service experience Experience working in contact centre, BPO, retail, hospitality, or support environments Experience using CRM systems or customer service tools.
