Talent Acquisition Specialist - Corporate

SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, screening and recruiting potential employees for specific open positions for the organization. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: Study organization plans and goals; meet with hiring managers to discuss their needs and develop recruiting requirements. Attract applicants through job advertisements, social media, job sites, etc. Suggest policies and practices to improve/enhance recruiting processes. Monitor job offers and compensation, while emphasizing available benefits to enhance the organizations attractiveness. Identify alternate candidate sources such as cold calling, recruiting calls, referral recruiting and online social networking. Identify and execute recruiting techniques for the healthcare industry, market and skills set. Analyze department requirements against candidate qualifications and match with the department’s needs. Research and attend job fairs and other functions related to filling open positions. Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Minimum of three years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring process highly preferred. Experience with HR Software (Workday, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, BrassRing etc.) Must demonstrate computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) with a requirement of strong typing skills. Proficient with applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with extraordinary negotiation skills. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. Proactive and independent ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Apply To This Job
