Key Responsibilities

Review customer account records and identify which ones need updates Locate matching account data between two systems Transfer and update account details accurately from one system to another Flag and resolve mismatched or duplicate accounts Coordinate with Inside Sales to confirm correct account ownership or alignment Maintain high accuracy and consistency throughout all data updates 📊

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with spreadsheets or structured data Ability to follow instructions and work through repetitive data tasks Good communication skills for confirming account details with internal team members Reliable and organized approach to task completion Important Notes Prior CRM experience is not required This is a short-term, project-based role Training and context will be provided Success in This Role Looks Like Clean, correctly matched account data across both systems Fewer duplicates and mismatches in records Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to manufacturing operations. Conduct profitability analysis by product line, customer, or plant. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $22.00-$25.00 per hour, approximately 20 hours per week. Please note that the pay range provided is a good-faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
