About the Role

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with a positive and engaging experience. Key Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions, including verifying patient information, medication details, and insurance coverage.
• Assist pharmacists with tasks such as counting and pouring medication, verifying prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions.
• Maintain accurate records, including patient information, medication details, and prescription history.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with industry developments and company policies.
• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
