Lead client onboarding calls and ensure a smooth entry onto the Kyra platform ? Tailor deployment strategies to fit each client's unique circumstances ? Proactively address client challenges and prevent churn ? Drive end-to-end account growth and cultivate upsell opportunities ? Analyze campaign performance and uncover insights for future strategies ? Act as a trusted advisor and showcase the value of the platform to clients ? Translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams ? Manage client invoicing and reporting with attention to detail What Is Required (Qualifications) ? Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service management within an influencer agency ? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ? Positive attitude and ability to maintain client relationships during challenging times ? College degree or equivalent educational background ?
