Our WW Sales Operations Support Learning and Development team is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where we strive to make a real impact through our learning solutions. As a Learning & Development Facilitator - Operations, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to developing learner-centric experiences that align with our business priorities. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Facilitator - Operations to manage end-to-end learning solutions for our WW Sales Operations Teams. As a facilitator, you will interact with various teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, create content, and facilitate delivery to support the learning needs and opportunities across operations. You will make a substantial impact by developing innovative learning solutions that drive business results and enhance individual and organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with teams such as Supply Demand Management, Retail Fulfillment Operations, Reseller Operations, Product Launch Readiness, Logistics, Business Process Re-engineering, and Strategic Data Solutions to develop and deliver best-in-class learning solutions that influence positive behavioral change and align with strategic business objectives.
  • Manage learning projects: Oversee learning projects from needs analysis to deployment, considering the complexities of a diverse audience.
  • Drive innovative approaches to L&D: Guide policy/process improvements and evangelize innovative and effective approaches to learning.
  • Measure and communicate impact: Measure, understand, and communicate the overall impact of learning content on business operations to the leadership of your assigned line-of-business.
  • Support organization readiness: Support overall organization readiness and training programs for the roll-out of new tools, processes, and people development initiatives.
  • Lead L&D content development: Lead the development and improvement of L&D content/processes and execute with exceptional quality, timeliness, and attention to detail.
  • Facilitate coaching sessions: Facilitate coaching sessions to multiple levels (team members and managers).

Essential Qualifications

  • Experienced facilitator: Experienced facilitator with the ability to move between soft skills and technical skills training.
  • Analytical skills: Sharp analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data for informed decision making.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Exceptional communication/facilitation skills, including interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with key stakeholders, global counterparts, and executives in a matrixed environment.
  • Project management experience: Professional project management experience, which includes end-to-end project/program management experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close.
  • Technical training experience: Demonstrated experience in creating highly technical training in a variety of applications, such as eLearning, on-demand, video-instructor-led-training (VILT), instructor-led-training (ILT), blended learning, job aides, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience facilitating and designing training: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience facilitating and designing training.
