  • Provide accurate estimates, process orders, and manage the production workflow for printing, signage, and packaging services.
  • Upsell and cross‑sell complementary services—such as design assistance, shipping upgrades, and virtual mailbox subscriptions—to maximize customer value.
  • Open and close the center, reconcile cash registers, and perform end‑of‑day financial procedures in line with arenaxflex policies.
  • Maintain inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure the store environment meets brand standards for cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) and local vendors to coordinate shipments, resolve delivery issues, and streamline logistics.
  • Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative, supportive atmosphere.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
  • Perform routine safety checks, lift packages up to 50 lb, and ensure all activities comply with workplace safety regulations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex service options in simple terms.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Windows operating systems, and basic troubleshooting of hardware.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional off‑site duties.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Basic supervisory or mentorship experience is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to quickly learn arenaflex’s product catalog, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
