Client Onboarding Specialist
Viremix is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to help new clients move smoothly from payment into the setup phase. Viremix helps real estate professionals generate qualified appointments through paid advertising, automated follow-up systems, and appointment-setting infrastructure. This role is focused on organization, communication, and making sure each new client provides the information, assets, and access required for the team to begin fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Welcome new clients after they have signed or started service
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding calls when needed
- Collect required client information, assets, and account access
- Follow onboarding checklists to ensure nothing is missed
- Update client records, notes, and onboarding statuses
- Identify missing items and follow up professionally
- Prepare clean handoff notes for the campaign and automation team
- Communicate onboarding progress internally
Requirements:
- Experience in onboarding, administration, operations, customer support, or client coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow checklists and internal processes
- Comfortable using CRM and task management systems
- Organized, reliable, and professional with clients
