Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative who will be trained and developed into a Certified Travel Agent Specialist. No prior experience in travel or customer service is required. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary mission will be to deliver outstanding service to our clients while developing expertise in travel coordination. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Travel Consultation: Guide customers through destination research, itinerary planning, travel insurance options, visa requirements, and packing tips using your growing expertise as a Certified Travel Agent Specialist.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and special requests with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and build long-term relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current on travel trends, promotions, supplier offerings, and destination updates to provide accurate and valuable recommendations.
  • Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences through upgrades, add-ons, and exclusive packages while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Administrative Tasks: Document customer interactions, update records, process payments, and manage bookings using arenaflex's proprietary CRM and booking platforms.
