We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Success Advocate who is energized by helping people, thrives in a remote work environment, and is excited to support customers navigating the world of online marketing for their insurance businesses. What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Advocate at arenaflex, you’ll serve as the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers, primarily independent insurance agents and small agency owners. Your primary goal will be to ensure every customer feels heard, supported, and confident in using our platform to achieve their business objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through our structured onboarding process, ensuring they understand the platform’s features, capabilities, and how to leverage them for maximum benefit.
- Product and Service Education: Answer questions related to arenaflex’s offerings, services, and digital marketing tools, helping customers see how our solutions can meet their unique business goals.
- Multi-Channel Support: Provide timely, professional customer support through various communication channels, including Zoom video calls, phone, email, and online chat.
- Prompt Inquiry Response: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner, maintaining arenaflex’s high standards for responsiveness and service quality.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues by carefully clarifying the nature of the problem, identifying root causes, recommending and explaining the best solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments when needed, and following up to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Escalation Management: Direct complex requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate internal resources, ensuring that every customer need is addressed and resolved efficiently.
- Knowledge Base Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of arenaflex’s knowledge base and customer support documentation, helping to create resources that empower both customers and team members.

- Problem-Solving Ability: You excel at analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and proposing effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in accuracy and thoroughness, ensuring customers receive precise and helpful information.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: You’re naturally service-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer support, client success, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry, though this is a plus and not a requirement.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, or digital marketing concepts.
- Experience supporting customers through multiple communication channels, including chat, email, phone, and video conferencing.

Work Schedule and Location
This is a full-time, 100% remote position based in the United States. To be considered, you must reside in one of the following states:

- Utah
- Iowa
- New Jersey
- North Carolina
- Florida
General working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. While you can be located in any U.S. time zone, you must be available to work during these core business hours.
