We are seeking an experienced finance and accounting leader to serve as Vice President, Finance and Operations. This role requires strong expertise in accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and investment oversight, along with the ability to lead administrative functions including information technology, operational systems, contracts, policies, and organizational infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a strategic hands-on leader who brings sound judgment, customer service excellence, familiarity with, and an understanding of, planned gifts and the Charitable Tax Code, and the ability to strengthen systems that support the mission and statewide impact of the Idaho Community Foundation. The Vice President, Finance and Operations (VPFO) is an experienced finance professional responsible for the overall financial and administrative activities of the Idaho Community Foundation (ICF). The VPFO models professionalism, responsiveness, and service excellence in interactions with internal and external customers. Working closely with the President and Chief Executive Officer, the VPFO builds and manages effective financial and administrative systems including accounting, investments, information technology, legal, and physical infrastructure.
