Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Remote B2B Customer Service Representative – Lien Management & Compliance Solutions to join our dynamic and growing team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients—including banks, leasing and lending companies, and corporate organizations. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote B2B Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to customers—including banks, leasing and lending companies, and corporations—through both verbal and written communication channels. Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen the client relationship.
- Provide Consultative Solutions: Offer consultative customer service by deeply understanding each customer's goals, compliance challenges, and unique business needs. Leverage your product knowledge and industry expertise to provide tailored solutions and initiate orders that are crucial to lien management compliance.
- Manage the Full Order Lifecycle: Proactively manage the entire lifecycle of the order process, from initial inquiry through fulfillment. Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote additional offerings that align with customer needs and drive mutual growth.
- Project Management & Organization: Project manage, organize, and prioritize high volumes of incoming requests utilizing Salesforce and other internal systems. Ensure timely, accurate, and thorough responses to all customer inquiries while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Own Customer Relationships: Take ownership of your assigned customer accounts, managing escalations with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate across Customer Service functions and other internal teams to complete or resolve customer requests efficiently and effectively.

Essential Qualifications
