This remote‑first role offers you the chance to join a world‑class analytics team while working from the comfort of your home, contributing to a brand that is synonymous with magic, innovation, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

Why This Role Matters

In the Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) division of arenaflex Parks, Experiences & Products, the Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team is the analytical engine that powers the company’s contact centers, pre‑arrival commerce, and digital touchpoints. As a Performance Analyst, you will translate raw data into actionable insights that directly influence guest experiences and drive profitable outcomes. Your work will shape forecasting models, uncover performance gaps, and guide senior leadership through data‑rich storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Analytics & Forecasting

  • Develop and maintain robust forecasting models to predict contact‑center volume, sales trends, and operational demand.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc analyses that inform strategic business decisions, ranging from staffing optimization to promotional effectiveness.
  • Monitor agent performance metrics, identify emerging patterns, and deliver end‑to‑end analytical support for continuous improvement.
  • Design compelling visualizations and dashboards that translate complex data sets into clear, narrative‑driven stories for senior leaders.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and actionable insights to cross‑functional partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain, audit, and continuously refine data pipelines, reports, and analytical tools to meet strict delivery timelines.

Measurement & Analytics Execution

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytical outputs, implementing quality‑control checks and remediation processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with business partners, product owners, and technical teams to answer high‑impact business questions with reproducible quantitative methods.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques—including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and machine‑learning algorithms—to uncover hidden insights.
  • Stay current with emerging data‑science trends, tools, and best practices, sharing knowledge with the broader DTOA community.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an analytical role (non‑internship), demonstrating a track record of delivering data‑driven solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with forecasting techniques and statistical modeling, preferably using machine‑learning or deep‑learning frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as R or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong analytical curiosity—an innate drive to ask “Why?” and dig deeper into performance drivers.
  • Excellent communication skills—ability to convey complex concepts verbally, in writing, and through visual storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment while meeting tight deadlines.

Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have) Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of statistical inference and a proven record of applying rigorous statistical methods to solve business problems.
  • Experience with data‑visualization best practices and tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Deep expertise in SQL query optimization and fluency in R or Python for advanced analytics.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new analytical packages, libraries, and technologies.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, with a history of partnering effectively with internal clients, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
