Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

Order Management & Transaction Accuracy

  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to arenaflex’s standard operating procedures.
  • Document each interaction in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with internal departments—including logistics, finance, and product development—to resolve customer concerns and improve overall service quality.

Performance & Goal Achievement
