Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls from customers across multiple time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST) with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Respond to chat messages and email inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Diagnose customer issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and guide users through step‑by‑step solutions.
  • Document interactions in the client’s CRM system, capturing essential details for future reference.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior support teams while maintaining ownership until resolution.
  • Meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Desktop or laptop computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM; tablets, Chromebooks, and mobile‑only devices are not permitted.

  • High‑speed wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed (upload speed of 5 Mbps recommended).
  • Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (Apple macOS may be accepted for select clients).

  • Smartphone (Android or iOS) or tablet for authentication apps and occasional program work.
  • Organized desk area with adequate lighting and ergonomic seating.

Unfortunately, we cannot engage contractors in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, Washington DC, and a few other jurisdictions due to regulatory constraints.

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you retain full control over your tax obligations, benefits, and work schedule. arenaflex does not withhold taxes, provide health insurance, paid vacation, or other employee benefits. However, you will receive a clear contract outlining payment terms, performance expectations, and confidentiality requirements. Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
